Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) & Behavioral Health
At Elm Tree Clinic we provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to our patients with opioid and alcohol use disorder to help them safely return to a normal life. In addition, we provide behavioral health services including diagnosis and treatment of many types of behavioral issues.
We offer psychiatric diagnosis and medication management for co-occurring disorders using FDA-approved medications (Suboxone®, Sublocade, and Vivitrol®) in combination with counseling and psychiatric care. These medications can help block cravings and minimize withdrawal symptoms.

The founding team brings decades of experience in healthcare services, public health, biomedical research, medical transportation, healthcare law, information technology and finance. Every member of the Elm Tree Clinic medical team has the experience and compassion to treat a wide spectrum of behavioral health disorders.

Whether you are suffering from substance use disorder or a psychiatric disorder such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, or other mental illness — we are here to help you achieve sustained recovery and improve overall wellbeing.
Before we start treatment, we evaluate your current medical condition. We may obtain blood work (liver function, blood count, Hepatitis C, HIV, and pregnancy for age-appropriate women). Due to the complexity of addiction disease, our holistic approach includes:
• Individual treatment program
• Thorough medical and psychosocial history intake
• Any necessary specialty referrals
• Coordination of your treatment with other clinicians
• Prescription drugs such as Suboxone®, Sublocade, and Vivitrol®
• If needed, lab tests performed on-site at our full medical lab
• Work with your support network of family and friends, as requested by you
• Thorough medical and psychosocial history intake

You must demonstrate your commitment to health.
During the first three months of treatment you will be tested for drugs of abuse (DOA) in a weekly urine drug screen. As long as you stay committed to coming to your appointments on time, your doctor may recommend appointments every two weeks. After six months your doctor may recommend monthly appointments with a urine test performed every two weeks.
